Prototype Development

Before the start of each production, it is absolutely necessary to have a confirmed prototype and techpack that can be used as references by the production and quality control team. The prototype development stage is where the magic happens, as this is where your styles grow from ideas into physical garments. Let us help you with fabric sourcing, pattern making, sample sewing, print&dye samples, label & hangtag development and techpacks, so you’ll have everything you need to start production.

You can provide us with a moodboard and we will have a consultation meeting or videocall to start the project. You can be inspired by existing styles, but we will always advice you on how to give your own touch to the style in order to make it yours and unique. Beyond addressing the technical and aesthetic aspects of your styles, we also consider cost factors to ensure they align with your production budget. Following this initial meeting, we proceed to fabric sourcing and transform your concepts into detailed technical drawings. Upon your approval, we move on to creating patterns and crafting the first sample. We will have another meeting or videocall to discuss the style(s) and revisions. We will then work on the revisions accordingly, until the styles are perfect to go into production. When the styles are confirmed, we will update the details in the techpack, so you will have the updated techpack and patterns with the confirmed prototype as a reference for production and quality control. While working on your prototypes, we can also help to facilitate dye and print samples and develop labels and hangtags.
